This is a karinui fabric of furisode. It is roughly sewn to haori shape. It has fabulous pattern, which is dyed with shibori technique. shibori is Japanese tie dyeing technique, and it gives the textile very unique texture.
Textile shrinks because of shibori dyeing. You can soak the fabric in water and stretch by hand as it dries. From time to time you can just pull the fabric while it is drying.
It has some patinas, discoloration and stains.
