This is a wonderful kurotomesode from pre WWII. It is made of ro, summer sheer silk, and has appealing 'ryozuma' ( mirror image design, which is the feature of kimono from pre WWII) pattern. Clam shell, flowers and wave are dyed vividly.
Some parts are added elaborate embroidery.
It has some flaws as photos show(discoloration is slight), but as a whole it is in very good condition.
