This is a very rare men's juban(undergarment).
Textile is plain silk, and has very unique design, which is strongly reflected by war time atmosphere.
Camping boys seem to be Boy Scout, and boys walking on the bridge is dyed with shadow picture. However, rising sun flag is also dyed and characters read ' Taii kojo '( strengthen up the body ) and 'national spirit'. So the Boy Scout in the piece seems to imply to make boys strong soldiers.
Textile has soft touch.
It has some flaws as photos show, but as a whole it is in very good condition.
